Error adding or changing global variables in workbench

Describe the bug

• 공유 워크스페이스에서 워크벤치 생성 후 글로벌 변수를 추가 하거나 변경할 때 오류가 보여집니다.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. metatron 사용자로 로그인
2. 공유 워크스페이스로 이동
3. 워크 벤치 생성
4. 글로벌 변수 추가 시 오류

Expected behavior
글로벌 변수 추가 혹은 변경이 되어야 합니다.

Additional context

• 메타트론 구동 시 샘플 데이터로 위와 같이 재현할 수 있음.
• 하지만 공유 스페이스라서 문제는 아니고 확인 결과 workspace_member 테이블에 데이터가 있는 워크 스페이스는 오류가 남.
