Some of stations have incorrect latitude and longitude.

KLGA: should be (-73.88, 40.77917), but is (40.7833, -73.05). https://www.weather.gov/zse/InfoPIL?id=KLGA
KEWR: should be (-74.16944, 40.6825), but is (40.6833,-74.0). https://www.weather.gov/zse/InfoPIL?id=KEWR

I assume there are other stations with incorrect latitude and longitude information.
