Muuntaja

Initial integration of Muuntaja to compojure-api. Yields 2-4x better more throughput with simple JSON request-response echo (json string => json string), e.g. with slurped return streams.

• 10bytes: -43% latency
• 100bytes: -50% latency
• 1k: -75% latency
• 10k: -70% latency
• 100k: -25% latency
