Unable to paste data into HuC1 External RAM

When attempting to paste data into the External RAM portion of a HuC1 game (trying GBKiss Minigames as an example), it does not overwrite the data, instead logging the error

GB Memory: Unimplemented memory Patch8: 0x0000A000

This applies to all MBC types it seems.
