Rust 1.48 adds support for intra-doc links which are resolved using Rust paths instead of relative URLs. Documentation: https://doc.rust-lang.org/rustdoc/linking-to-items-by-name.html

Rust 1.48 adds support for intra-doc links which are resolved using Rust paths instead of relative URLs. This makes it much easier to add links in the documentation and this PR introduces a number of new links.
Closes #222.
