Install dependencies script #214

I think it makes sense to have a shell script that will run remotely and install or update dependencies.

Call it deps.sh and let it live at root (don't install this when running dotfizzles install script).

For now, going to just document what needs to be done in WIKI:

And note that this needs to be done pre-installation of dotfizzles.

Also, let's remove .scripts and have people put stuff in a non-hidden dir called scripts (which is already being sourced in .bash_profile.

Scripts has been removed in house cleaning branch.

WIKI will be updated over time with deps:
