[New Release Based On Latest Code]Bitbucket V1.0 API changed

Cause the latest release was published in 2017 which use the v1.0 bitbuket api. Now the v1.0 is not support .(More info in https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/bitbucket/deprecation-notice-v1-apis/). I build the jar based on the latest code. You can get from this link Bitbucket Plugin V1.3.0 📦
