**USE CASE **
This sub-system can be used to generate QR Membership and Access tokens that expire. The advantage is that unlike other Membership QR Based Membership systems.

To generate a new tocken make an internal call the API suing the url below
https:///Generatekey?MemberID=KCSFA/SM/2017/0114&CertID=0001

To verify a QR Tocken
Just Scan the QR Code.
