miiQA has been inspired by Stackoverflow, Yahoo answers and others Question/Answer Web App. miiQA is powered by PageKit.
The most simple would be to use the marketplace of Pagekit. Go to Admin > Settings > Extensions > marketplace (All) and search "mii Question Answer"
