Hi @JHenneberg, I'm working in Visual Studio 2022, do you think I'd be able to make similar changes and get it working?

@michaelkonecny do you need any help with this extension?

Hey, thanks for the offer, I haven't had time to maintain this repo and won't for some time.

Personally, I've been trying to transition away from Visual Studio and since the Modern Fortran plugin in vscode has gotten really good, I've been editing most of my Fortran files in there. So I personally don't feel a big need for this plugin.

But if you feel like fixing it, feel free to create a fork.

Sure, I guess, but from what I can remember there were some conflicts with the intel compilers own functionalty. In VS 2022 the functionality of the intel compiler regarding code highlighting, jump to references was extended, so it could be very likles that those two extensions would interfere with each other even more.

I moved to VS Code unfortunately as well. But for debugging I often fall back to VS so it would still usefull.

Yeah TBH I'm only on Visual Studio because the project at work is using all sorts of VS tooling, and I keep opening VS Code when I want useful IDE features... annoying considering how expensive VS is!

Yeah. Had the same problem but slowly drifted away.
