stm32/mboot: Add support for a raw filesystem.
This is enabled by default if MBOOT_FSLOAD is enabled, although a board can explicitly disable it by `#define MBOOT_VFS_RAW (0)`. Signed-off-by: Damien George <damien@micropython.org>
