Integrate micropython and NXP's MCUs. Currently, enable i2c class spi class usart class based on cmsis driver. Provide led class and gpio class. Enable SDcard fatfs. For RTXXX enabled lcd feature.

Hi @dpgeorge, please help review this PR, this PR integrates the MPY with NPX's high-performance MCUs. Currently, I have enabled evkmimrt1064, evkmimxrt1060, evkmimxrt1050 and so on.. This PR provides I2C class, spi class, usart class based on CMSIS driver.
Please help me review the PR, there are so many boards in this PR, you can take one of these boards to review, I think there are some problems in this PR. I hope you guys can give me so suggestions. If you have any questions or suggestions you contact me directly with my e-mail(yao.xue@nxp.com).
What's more, I have one question: I don't know why the checks for this PR were not successful, here is the details

For the core code, I just change the ".gitmodules" file, I don't understand why the core code size increased.
