User can add custom HTTP headers to a request

The job creation code nows support the BITS SetCustomHeaders method on the BITS Jobs; this lets users add in custom headers when they make a BITS job. Custom headers are often used when dealing with specialized auth requirements for HTTP servers. The displayed custom HTTP headers are also more neatly displayed.

BITS Manager first public release!

The first public release of the BITS Manager installer program. The BITS Manager utility is a small GUI program that demonstrates the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) service in Windows. BITS is used by many programs to download additional content and updates with a "set and forget" API: the developer can ask to download from a URL into a file, and BITS will attempt to download the file while respecting the user's bandwidth, their current power abilities, and the network cost.
