This PR completely eliminate the need of
softwareupdatecommand by the usage of latestXcodeversion.BTW, I think it's good point to build artifacts on Azure Pipelines with the lowest possible
Xcodeand sometimes to test building process on Travis with latestXcode(instead of default9.4).
