BypassPluginExecution in async operations?

Is there a way to to bypass plugin execution in async operations?
I see that ExecuteOrganizationRequestAsyncImpl that is private accepts a bool bypassPluginExecution = false parameter, but only CreateNewRecord can supply that parameter, not CreateAsync. Is there a reason for that?

Regarding your question, you would pass the BypassPluginExecution command on the parameters of your create request.
