Not sure, but I'm trying to use some remapped shortcuts using Win + Tab mapped to Alt + Tab, but it stops working

Could it be that it doesn't work only in the browser?
Is the rule still active in other software on the computer?
Because if so, this is part of the bug I also have, as detailed here:
