Keyboard Manager

Steps to reproduce

detailed below

✔️ Expected Behavior

for normal keyboard behavior

❌ Actual Behavior

I inserted a rule that replaces the square brackets with round brackets ctrl+0 and ctrl+9 respectively
And there is a terrible bug that every time you type, (interestingly this happens only in the browser and not in Word for example) after a certain number of characters the keyboard types () instead of the requested character, and this happens with all characters.
Even while writing this I suffered from this bug, and I had to proofread the entire text after typing...
I'm doing a random demo here, you can recognize that unexpectedly the keyboard types the characters () regardless instead of the typed characters:

Hi there!

We need a bit more information to really debug this issue. Can you add a "Report Bug" zip file here? You right click on our system tray icon and just go to report bug. Then drag the zipfile from your desktop onto the GitHub comment box in this issue. Thanks!

I want to emphasize again, the bug only appears when writing in the browser, in any input field in the browser, both inside a website and in the address bar, etc.
The computer itself does not have the problem, the input field in the search and the file explorer and even in Word does not have the problem
In the browser, the problem also exists in anonymous browsing without plugins, and in the Chrome browser and in the Edge browser
The problem started right after I upgraded a version to 0.66.0 and created the above rule.

Now I recognize that the Keyboard Manager feature is not working in the browser. I created a rule that replaces "[" with - "(" and really all over the computer it does work as expected, while in the input fields in the browser the rule does not work, "[" remains "["
At the same time, the browser has the bug mentioned above.
