Steps to reproduce

when I click h and want to output Ḥ and ḥ I found nothing, but they are useful in romanization of Arabic and Syriac.
by the way I hope that after pressing letter key and left/right/space key, there are digitals below each letter with Accent, just like many chinese or japanese IME do.

Thank you for your reply. Well, there is a reference page. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanization_of_Arabic Ideally, we want that all of these letters can be contained in the PowerToys. But if they are too many, at least two parts should be realised: ISO <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_233> 233 and IPA <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Phonetic_Alphabet>. The former is popular among Arabists, and the latter is acknowledged by linguists.
