PowerToys run shows Notepad en Notepad++ twice

Steps to reproduce

Enter "Note" in the searchbox

Expected behavior

Show every app only once
Important: this is only happening with the Notepad and Notepad++. If I for instance enter "Paint" I get four apps too - but they are all different.

It appears to resolve Notepad due to a lnk file existing in these two locations:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

@LocalJoost my friend, can you verify? in theory this should be dedup'ed since we check the LNK resolve path.

I can confirm that one entry points to the location in AppData and the other one to the location in ProgramData.

I only have Notepad on my system, not Notepad++, and I can still repro this

Their respective locations being:

• C:\Users\matth\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

I don't think this is hotfix worthy but i do think we should get it fixed for 0.19. i couldn't repo this as i didn't have a dup in my roaming. I can repo this now.

This is partially fixed in 0.18.2 official release. https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases/ we have a casing issue notepad VS Notepad would be different results right now
