license file should be LICENSE due to some subsystems need it to be like that. It is just plain text actually. i'm ok with the other two being renamed. Personally i hate the all caps naming system but that is the way of a lot of these files. |

Have we scanned the repo for links to those two files? Pretty sure GH is case sensitive |
