We should review the way we add KeyBoardAccelerators for Uwp and WinUI apps once
microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#8 is fixed.

We are adding KeyboardAccelerators on the NavigationView Loaded event to prevent Alt + Left tooltip showing up (more details on #2650
