update places with minimist 1.2.5

The new pipelines flagged minimist 1.2.5 needing to be updated because of this vulnerability: GHSA-xvch-5gv4-984h

It was previously dismissed as the vulnerability not being used, I figured might as well update it since it's a small change and only in the sample code.

minimist is an indirect dependency of other packages, so it isn't specified in any of these package.jsons. Since these yarn.lock files have been updated for minimist@^1.2.5 to resolve to version 1.2.8, it shouldn't get updated when yarn is run, unless the package that depends on it gets updated to need a higher version.
