Force users to be pinned

I'd like to force a user to be pinned to the host's navigation. In a classroom/teaching/training environment, we want students to follow along as we walk through the code, and not get distracted by exploring the code on their own. This feature should be able to be activated/deactivated per user or for the entire group of collaborators, and it should be able to be activated/deactivate at any time during the session.

I’m going to close this issue for now, since we haven’t heard significant feedback for it over the last couple of years, and in general, being able to navigate a project independently is such a key value prop of Live Share. We’ll continue to listen to feedback in this area and will revisit it if there’s sufficient interest. Thanks!
