Steps to reproduce

When the .exe installer is run, the installer requests powertoyssetup-0.79.0x64.msi from a container in which the file doesn't exist. Unable to extract the .msi from the .exe for PowerToys 0.79.0

✔️ Expected Behavior

To uninstall the application completely

❌ Actual Behavior

Uninstaller requests powertoyssetup-0.79.0x64.msi and is unable to locate the file, file unavailable on local drive

Followed the instructions here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/install#extracting-the-msi-from-the-bundle

Installed WIX from here: https://github.com/wixtoolset/wix3/releases/tag/wix3141rtm

Extracted the MSI for the release in question, ran uninstall, everything worked.
