update from 0.72.0x64 to 0.81.1

Steps to reproduce

I run PowerToysSetup-0.81.1-x64.exe when i reach to the point of removing the old version here is where I'm stuck



so the PowerToysSetup-0.72.0-x64.msi file is missing on my device and the installer need it to un install the old version
can any one provide me with this fille i think it will solve my problem

running this command .\PowerToysSetup-0.72.0-x64.exe --extract_msi at the PowerShell
then re installing the 0.72.0-x64 again (PowerToysSetup-0.72.0-x64.exe (from github))
and then installing (the update to) the 0.81.1-x64 version done successfully
