The build job with address sanitizers enabled is very flaky and the functional tests often fail due to a
cchostexception (more details in the comments). Moreover, the build job alone currently takes more than 30 minuets (~3x-4x more in duration compared to the other build jobs) due to the fact that CCF has to be built and installed from source with the ASAN compiler option enabled.We temporarily disable this build job to avoid blocking the development work. An issue has been created and a task has been added to the backlog to further investigate the problem and re-enable the job once fixed.
