Libtcod can now be compiled without linking to SDL2. Problematic threading functions can be disabled, and are disabled by default.
Change head ref to 'main'.

Updates to the latest version. Adds port features
sdl(default on) andthreads(off). Removed outdated patches and dependencies. Head ref has changed fromdeveloptomain.Which triplets are supported/not supported? Have you updated the CI baseline?
