@JackBoosY Sorry for the malformed commit initially -- my script had a bug which generated the wrong references. I've regenerated them all and pushed a fixed commit.

@ras0219-msft The force push looks like it still has problems.
For example, the port amqpcpp, the REF of version 4.1.5 should be v4.1.5, and its commit id is indeed 5a648fe2d8df7dacc389fdc83be5d35e616a06c1.

Therefore, I recommend this upgrade to use the verified version we committed.

@ras0219-msft, the SHA512 is wrong for some ports, like brynet, REF for some ports is wrong like folly, we have checked REF and SHA512 for all ports and updated them yesterday, we has these changes locally, I suggest to merge theses changes, what do you think?

PR #7155 is already updating xmsh.
Vxl needs to wait for official support for the latest openjpeg2 before updating, see #627.

Since the updated version of the angle is missing some header files in the source(proc_table.h/proc_table_gles.h etc.), the update is rolled back.

google-cloud-cpp has been upgrade to version 0.11.0 at master branch and build okay, it failed with ‘CMake Error: : System Error: Permission denied’, the failures in PR-EAGER is fake.

This error doesn't always occur, but isn't fake. This is due to google-cloud-cpp writing to the source directory, so the correct fix is to DISABLE_PARALLEL_CONFIGURE.
