Unable to create PR in web

• Extension version: latest prerelease
• VSCode Version: 1.67-insider
• OS: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a branch in insiders.vscode.dev/github/microsoft/vscode
2. Create a PR using GHPRI
3. 🐛 origin and branch info not populated

Same for me on github.dev. Maybe github.dev haven't deploy the latest version yet.

@meganrogge and @lychichem can you share what version of GitHub Pull Requests and Issues you have installed there? I just checked again with v0.43.2022060209 and I see it working.

github.dev and vscode.dev run v0.42.0 web worker (the image above) and cannot work properly.
insiders.vscode.dev works fine with v0.43.0.2022060209
So @alexr00 you may need to ask the admin of github.dev and vscode.dev to deploy your update as soon as possible.

github.dev will get the fix when v0.44.0 is published. insiders.vscode.dev is the only place where the change can be verified until then.
