Toggle Auto should go back to the selected mode

Type: Bug

• Go to User Settings (UI)
• Change autoSave to onFocusChange
• Quick access > toggle auto save
• You will see that it goes to OFF
• Quick access > toggle auto save (again)
• It would change to delay mode and not onFocusChange

Expected
Should change back to onFocusChange in example above. And generally should change back to whatever value was before OFF
