When I hit ctrl+space I get a pretty unreadable popup, which is very small and requires a lot of scrollingimage

At least I would like to be able to hide the autocompletion, when all I want to read is the documentation.

@Josef-Vonasek You don't need to request a completion to see documentation, you can also hover over any identifier with the mouse.

Ctrl-K Ctrl-I also works to get documentation at the current identifier. You can also hit F12 to go to the definition. (Discovered these by typing ctrl-shift-P and guessing at the names of these actions: "Show Hover" and "Go to Definition".)

@Josef-Vonasek Like @andy-ms suggested there is a command (Show Hover) and keybindings to show the documentation above the symbol. The popup there is wider than the one in suggest widget which should solve your scenario.

#29126 and #29757 are tracking issues with the suggest widget with regards to size
