Change looks good, introduced a new method which is only used in this case and I have verified that the MP request count drops as expected -> approved. |

Pass pre-release info per installed extension to get the latest such extension from marketplace. This reduces additional requests to Marketplace for latest pre-release or release version in VS Code stable or VS Code insiders respectively.
