  1. Use htmlcompressor as a dependant gem instead of copy-pasting its cod… 

    …e in vendor/ tree

This is done in order to fix this bug (which is actually located in htmlcompressor code) without having to submit a patch to both middleman-minify-html and htmlcompressor projects : http://forum.middlemanapp.com/t/middleman-minify-html-content-length-header-error/697
