It's a connection error. Either the URL is wrong or the server doesn't want to let you in.

so here is the thing... when testing with an online tool "websocketking.com" the url returned an sid with the usual empty upgrade array and pinginterval and timeout .. so it makes me wonder why the server did not return an sid at all
