Removes an annoying warning:

"YAMLLoadWarning: calling yaml.load() without Loader=... is deprecated, as the default Loader is unsafe. Please read https://msg.pyyaml.org/load for full details."

Changes yaml.load(...) to yaml.load(..., Loader=yaml.FullLoader) because yaml.FullLoader is the 'Loader' used as the default anyway so it shouldn't change anything except killing the warning.

…der=' by expicitly setting 'Loader=yaml.FullLoader'.
