ODROID-XU4: Introduce device tree overlay

Copy *.dtbo files at arch/arm/boot/dts/overlays to boot
partition, e.g, /media/boot/overlays/. Then use "fdtoverlay" tool
to integrate DTB and DTBOs. Or, you also can use "fdt apply" u-boot
command to prepare device tree blob at booting time.

I might be an .ss, but I was following your overlay patches. Until it included a wifi driver.
memeka: I for one need overlay dtb, as I have some specialized hardware that I'd rather overlay than include in a generic .dtb . Except for that wifi, what should be considered acceptable? I mean I also do not want to repatch my kernel for every single upgrade.
Also it would be good to make the HK touch screen use an overlay, because it is a pain in the .ss for me (my hardware uses goodix).
