Client Registration Module

Landlords in New York usually require an airtight background check involving information about where the client works, how much they have in the bank, and more. Since they're working so much, access to the office is typically a chief consideration in their apartment search, and other parameters about their plans, expectations, and lifestyle are a great asset to the agent's ability to pick selections from the inventory of available apartments.

To expedite the process, a registration card is filled by the client at the outset of their appointment. Commissulator provides a form that prompts the client for a couple dozen details about themselves, their roommates, their employers, pets, and the progress of their search.

After submission (via iPad), the client can view some of the legal terms under which they can receive the services of their agent (essentially, they agree to pay a commission fee). The agent can print out the registration card, for use during the interview.

Commissulator also connects to Follow Up Boss, finds the client in the registry there, and annotates that system with many of the details that have been collected. If the client is not already saved in that service, they are set up and assigned to the interviewing agent.

Commissulator also establishes internal records about employers, such as their address and what industry they are in. Finally, a record of where the client lives currently, and who their landlord is, is saved.
