Solicit suggestions for agenda items for the Governance meeting to be held on Tuesday Sep 08 @ 15:00 UTC in Keybase main lobby. Please comment to provide topics or suggestions.

  5. Remove Igno as BDFL
  6. Remove @jaspervdm & @hashmap from core team (formerly known as council) due to inactivity

We probably need to clarify "core" or "council" here on point 6.
@tromp comment stated "council" vs agenda item "core".
