Invalid option --no-ri #28

Hi,
I just tried the program on my arch linux system. When trying to create a package I get an error.

Example:

pacgem --noresolve --create jekyll

Error:
ERROR: While executing gem ... (OptionParser::InvalidOption)
invalid option: --no-ri

I guess the Error is in the pacgem ruby script in line 606.
