mtlauncher v0.0.5

changelog:

• added a screenshots page courtesy of @Miniontoby ! all screenshots from all versions will display, and you can click in to any screenshot to view it at a higher res (and open the folder containing the screenshot)
• added global settings! you can set basic settings in the launcher itself via the settings cog on the right hand side. if you need more advanced settings to apply, you can edit minetest.mtlauncher.conf in ${APP_DIR} and the changes will persist across all versions when launched!
• added a (basic) crash notifier, telling you what may have caused a crash - useful if a server is preventing you from joining, you can now see why you're being disconnected!
• added a new launcher icon!
• you can now press ENTER after typing in your password on launch to log in (@Miniontoby )
