New source is https://github.com/minetest/minetest_android_deps which has a Github Action that builds and uploads artifacts here.
No manual building, no more of that awful Makefile, everything built from official sources.
Because of the updated android gradle plugin the build now requires Java 11 so I bumped the CI to ubuntu-20.04.
