The patchVirtualOperations function uploads the virtual operations of block 26038153, a single block of 70000+ virtual operations that was created after the half-day blockchain outage on September 17 2018. The function was updated to process the "fill_vesting_withdraw" virtual operation - this is the only virtual operation recently added to the processing list.
Function added to allow blocks for which the body does not parse into json to be processed.
