Description

mc ilm restore fails to restore transitioned objects if they were encrypted on the client-side using SSE-C encryption. While the object is actually restored in the backend, mc is unable to report its restore status because it can't decrypt the object's metadata on SSE-C. To fix this, this PR adds --encrypt-key flag to ilm-restore command similar to other commands like cp, stat, ....
