Description

scanner token buffer can overflow using bufio.NewReader()

Motivation and Context

To avoid the following error on binary objects

bufio.Scanner: token too long.

How to test this PR?

It needs some specific type of binary objects, such
as video or audio running mc head -1 will basically
can fail.
