phantomjs 环境下报错 #402

BUG 描述
phantomjs 环境下，无法执行，并且没有任何报错，原因是因为 polyfill 的 helpers 没有完全兼容

复现步骤

在 phantomjs 完全不能渲染 mip

期望结果
phantomjs 环境下能够运行正常
