This set of patches should reflect MirageOS 4 changes in the tutorials

Do the tutorials run with mdx?

How would that work ? I see no mention of mdx in this repository so I guess changes are needed to make it compatible

I looked at mdx and it requires some rewriting in the tutorial, notably because we make use of the cd command to change the current working directory and that doesn't work with mdx as it gets reset for each command.

I'll see how far I can get by adapting to mdx requirements
