Пользователь просит добавить на кнопку "Загрузка" количество выбранных пунктов

Т.е. если проставлено 5 галок, то будет "Загрузка (5)".

Остался маленький недочёт:

открываем окно компонентов, видим кнопку "Загрузка" (без всяких приписок)
выбираем компонент, на кнопке появляется "Загрузка (1)"
убираем галку с выбранного компонента, на кнопке становится "Загрузка (0)"

Можно ли сделать так, чтобы (0) не было?
