这个问题是准备临时解决（给个注然后和上游沟通）还是正文里面也加上这个配置

不知道。从 Homebrew/brew#14516 来看，上游开发者的建议也是关掉 install from API，但是更进一步的情况不清楚。

就我的印象中，Homebrew 历史上也不重视镜像站的意见，我的建议是加在正文配置里。
但是考虑到 HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API 一般需要加在 bashrc、zshrc 或者其它位置，我们应该在正文后单独开一个章节。

最新版 brew 在 Homebrew/brew#14544 merge 之后不再需要这个参数了。
