So I Want to Translate HM TToTT, After Unpack .bin to get .hav Files, I Want to Convert to .txt, But Nothing Happen

*Even I Follow This Instruction..

2. Extract Text From *.hav

'scripttotxt.py [TBL file] [*.hav file or dir]` : Convert *.hav to *.txt
'txttoscript.py [TBL file] [*.txt file or dir]` : Convert *.txt to *.hav

There are tbl files like TToT_jpn.tbl, I already made some presets (JPN, ENG ver.) so you can use it instead.
