Changed bem-bl branch from master to 0.3

This libs are local now:

  • ometajs
  • xjst
  • inherit
  • csso
    *uglify-js

Added make targets:

  • server - run bem server
  • clean - remove node_modules, bem-bl and any file that not under git vcs
